ಅಯೋನಿಜ ಸಂಭೂತೆ ಅನಾದಿ ಅನಂತೆ

ನಿನ್ನ ಸಾಕ್ಷಾತ್ಕಾರವ ಹಾಡಲೆನಗೆ ಸಾಹಸವೆಂತು

 

ಅಗ್ನಿಯ ದಹಿಸಲು ಬಹುದೆ

ಸೂರ್ಯನ ಬೆಳಗಲು ಬಹುದೆ

ಬೆಳದಿಂಗಳಿಗೆ ತಂಪನೀಯಲು ಬಹುದೆ

ನೀರನು ತೋಯಲು ಬಹುದೆ

ಆಕಾಶವ ಎಣಿಸಲು ಬಹುದೆ

ತಾಯಿ ವಜ್ರಗರಿಕಾಂಬಿಕೆಯೆ

ಮಾನವ ಗರ್ಭ ನಿನ್ನ ಹೊರಲು ಬಹುದೆ

 

ಅಯೋನಿಜ ಸಂಭೂತೆ ಅನಾದಿ ಅನಂತೆ

ನೀನಲ್ಲವೆ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಕರ್ತೆ

 

ಅಗ್ನಿಗೆ ಶಾಖವ ನೀಡಿದೆ

ರವಿಗೆ ಬೆಳಕನು ಕರುಣಿಸಿದೆ

ಶಶಿಯಲಿ ತಂಪನು ತುಂಬಿದೆ

ತೇವವ ಕೊಟ್ಟು ಅಮೃತವಾಗಿಸಿದೆ

ಗಗನಕೆ ಶೂನ್ಯವ ದಯಪಾಲಿಸಿದೆ

ಹುಲು ಮಾನವಂಗೆ ಅರಿವನೀಯ್ದು

ದರುಶನವ ಕರುಣಿಸಿದೆ

 

ಕರುಣಾಮಯಿ ತಾಯಿ ವಜ್ರಗರಿಕಾಂಬಿಕೆಯೆ

ನಿನ್ನ ಸಾಕ್ಷಾತ್ಕಾರ ರೂಪವ ಬಣ್ಣಿಸುವ ಸಾಹಸವೆ?

You who are not of mortal birth,

                without beginning or end

Do I dare describe your divine manifestation?

 

Can fire be burnt?

Can the sun be lighted up?

Can the moonbeams be cooled?

Can water be washed?

Can the sky be measured?

Mother Vajragarikambika,

Can a mortal womb bear you?

 

You who are not of mortal birth,

                without beginning or end

Aren’t you the creator of creation?

 

You granted heat to fire

Bestowed light to the sun

Filled coolness into the moon

Made water into life giving nectar

Bestowed infinity to the sky

Gave us mortals understanding

And blessed us with a glimpse

of your divine manifestation
